The rental spaces in U-HOF 3 are offered with a high-quality basic fit-out and for further expansion by the tenant. The spaces have been planned as open-plan areas to give you as much flexibility as possible. We can offer you further expansion of the space, e.g. together with the project developer; financing of the expansion costs as an investment rent over the term of the contract would be conceivable via the owner. Ancillary areas such as WC cores, server rooms and storage are of course already planned and will be fitted out as shown in the floor plans.
